When will I receive my order? 
We’re excited that you're excited about receiving your purchase! We do our best to process all orders for shipment within 24  - 72  hours of receiving them—with the exception of weekends and holiday rush times. The arrival date will depend on your location. We ship from CA and use USPS Ground Advantage so order arrival is typically between 4 - 7 business days. 

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, but currently only to Canada. If you're visiting our site from a country other than the US or Canada, we're so sorry. We're investigating our options to ship Internationally with this new site.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
If you didn't receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. Please reach out to us at contact@maliadesigns.com if you did not receive your confirmation and we’ll be happy to help you out. 

What is your return policy?
Malia Designs wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any unused item for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. You can read more details here. 

How do I initiate my return?

Will my recycled bag look exactly like the one pictured?
Your bag will feature the primary artwork just like the bag pictured on our site. Due to the unique nature of the recycled materials we work with, there will be slight variations.
