Return + Refund Policy

You will typically receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@ maliadesigns.com.

Malia Designs wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any unused  item for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. If you do happen to notice a defect or issue with your bag after you've used it, send us an email at contact@ maliadesigns.com. Your Malia Designs product should last a very long time. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please reach out. 

Malia Designs gladly accepts returns of unused or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

To begin your return or exchange please email contact@ maliadesigns.com with the subject line "Return", tell us your order number, what item/s you are returning, and why you are choosing to make the return. If you are wanting to make an exchange, let us know what item you are wanting to exchange for.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item and processed your refund. Your refund will be processed and the credit applied to your original form of payment. If you're exchanging, after receiving the return we will send out the new item rather than processing the reund. 

Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for Returns.
